Cardio Tennis
What is CARDIO TENNIS?
Cardio Tennis is a fun group activity where players of all ability levels enjoy fitness & tennis together in an instructor-led setting. You can expect 30 minutes of drilling and 30 minutes of live ballpoint play in each class. While you are “playing” tennis, the primary focus is on getting a great workout. Keep those feet moving!
