QUICK & EASY PROTEIN FIX: PROTEIN BALLS

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of oats
- 2/3 cup unsweetened coconut (optional - toast it for extra flavor!)
- 1/2 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup semisweet or dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all ingredients together until combined in a large mixing bowl.
- Cover mixing bowl and set in in the refrigerator to chill for 1-2 hours. Chilling this mixture helps it stick together easily!
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Serve and enjoy!
