Ingredients
- 1 Frozen Banana (in place of ice - if not frozen, add ice)
- 2 Tbs Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup of peanuts
- 1 cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk (start at 1 cup and add more if it's not blending to a smoothie consistency)
- 1-2 cups of spinach
Instructions
- Place all ingredients for your smoothie into a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until smooth. Option to add more almond milk to thin things out as needed.
