Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility, strength, and endurance in the legs, arms, abdominals, hips, and back. We offer private and semi-private Pilates sessions, with some of the most experienced Pilates instructors in the Evansville area.

Private/Semi-Private Pilates Training
Private sessions can be arranged personally through any of our trained instructors. Come for a one-on-one private session, or bring your friends as a group. Pick your time/day, and we will accommodate your needs to the best of our ability. Pricing is based on the number of participants in each session.
6-Pack Introductory Class Package
Reserved for any new participant that wishes to learn the basics of equipment-based Pilates as well as the essential exercises required for success in any Pilates program. This package includes six thirty-minute sessions.

Group Reformer Classes
An orientation with one of our Pilates Trainers and/or completion of our introductory package is required to attend these classes. All classes are limited to six participants. Please contact the club to register!
