Choose from a wide range of in-club, live instructor classes! We offer over 120 Group Exercise classes every week.
Our NEW schedule's mix of On-Site Virtual Instructor Classes and LIVE Instructor Classes will allow our Members more chances to put in work throughout the day, despite changes in daily routines, work or learning situations, or the state-issued capacity guidelines.
Get back to class with your FAVORITE instructors, including RIDE, Body Pump, Yoga, ActiveFit, Zumba, and more, OR step into the world of Les Mills Virtual with highly cinematic classes taught by industry-leading instructors on our flat-screen TVs! Our schedule is packed full of options to keep your brain motivated and your body moving.
We also offer seasonal outdoor classes.
Group Exercise classes are unlimited and included in your membership.
