Looking for a new type of cardio or wanting to give tennis a try but have never played? Cardio Tennis at Genesis Salina is PERFECT for you!  The program is cardio based and it doesn't matter if you are the best tennis player in the world or have never touched a racquet. The workout fits everyone and will include drills and footwork in a fast paced, intense and fun environment on the tennis courts. We'll even provide a racquet if you don't have one!

Taking the Play Tennis Fast class is the best way to get into or back into the game of tennis! This adult class is designed for beginners or players who haven't picked up a racquet for a while.
