Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure the most of your experience. Late arrivals may require reduced appointment time at full price.

Medical Conditions

Please let us know if you have a medical condition or if you are presently under a physician's care. We will customize our services to meet your needs whenever possible.

Hygiene

While exercise and jacuzzi services are encouraged, out of respect for your service provider, we appreciate your cleanliness prior to your spa services with time to allow the body to cool down.

Cancellation Policy

The Spa requires a 24-hour cancellation notice. The full rate of service may be charged if not notified within 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
