Youth Climbing Programs
At Genesis Miramont North, we work hard to ensure that the next generation of climbers is well-equipped with skills that will take them far both on and off the wall. We believe that community is a critical aspect of the sport, making it our mission to educate, empower, and give young climbers tools that will drive them to succeed both as climbers and as people.
We offer programs for young climbers of all skill levels. Whether you are already crushing 5.13 or have never put on a pair of climbing shoes before, you are welcome and we have a place for you!

CLUB MIRAMONT
Are you looking to take your climbing to the next level? Perhaps you have never touched a hold and are curious to learn what rock climbing is all about. Either way, our skilled coaches are excited and ready to help you gain confidence and achieve all of your climbing goals.
Club Miramont is a great non-competitive space perfect for individuals looking to progress their climbing abilities in a more laid-back environment. The club is broken into two different age brackets in order to give your climber the best experience possible.
Stone Monkeys | Ages 4 – 7
Stone Monkeys will be for kids aged 4-7 and will focus on games and activities in order to teach kids the basics of climbing techniques while growing their confidence and self-esteem in the process.
Classes are once a week and will be offered Monday - Thursday in efforts of making it easy to fit within your schedule.
Day / Time
Monday - Thursday | 4:15 – 5:15 pm
Cost
Member | $90/month
Non-Member | $110/month
Stone Masters | Ages 8 - 16
Stone Masters is for those aged 8-16 who want to continue progressing their climbing in a more casual space. Stone Masters will focus on learning more intermediate climbing techniques while instilling confidence and encouraging growth. This is a perfect space for anyone with an aspiration to join Team Miramont in the future, as well as a new climber who is just getting their bearings in the climbing world.
Classes will be offered Monday - Thursday, once or twice a week. However, it is encouraged for climbers interested in the Stone Masters program to participate twice a week.
Monday - Thursday | 5:30 – 6:30 pm
Cost
Member | $140/month (2x per week)
Non-Member | $160/month (2x per week)
Team Miramont | Ages 10 - 18
Team Miramont is open to kids aged 10-18 who are ready to take their climbing to the next level. Anyone who has climbed before can tell you that the sport of rock climbing is just as mentally intense as it is physically intense. That is why we focus on developing athletes who are both physically strong and mentally strong. We expect that our athletes come to practice ready to train and improve. For those interested, there will be an option to compete in climbing competitions, but participation in competitions will not be required.
Once a month (weather permitting), Team Miramont will have the opportunity to climb outside with an AMGA-certified guide. We will climb around local places such as Horsetooth Reservoir, Red Feather, and Poudre Canyon, giving kids an option to explore bouldering, sport climbing, and trad climbing in an outdoor environment.
You can choose to come either two or three days a week, but coming three days a week is heavily encouraged.
Monday / Wednesday / Thursday | 6:00 – 8:30 pm
Cost
Member | $215/month (3x per week)
Non-Member | $235/month (3x per week)
*If your child decides to participate in competitions, extra fees may be involved
