Genesis Health Clubs offers Massage Therapy in a variety of ways modified to fit the needs of each client. Among these include; Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, and Prenatal.
Pricing/Services
Focus 30 min | $60
This massage targets 1-2 areas that have been causing pain and/or limited range of motion. Great for those who hold stress in certain areas (such as the neck and shoulders). This service is excellent for those with limited time.
Swedish 60/90 min | $85/$115
This technique focuses on anatomy and physiology and how the body's systems work together. Swedish massage is versatile and can be light or hard pressure, gentle or vigorous, depending on the client's preference. The key to a Swedish massage is to relax the muscle groups systematically and help the body's systems work together to find total body satisfaction and relaxation.
Deep Tissue 60/90 min | $90/$120
Deep tissue massage techniques break up scar tissue and physically break down muscle "knots" or adhesions (bands of painful, rigid tissue) that can disrupt circulation and cause pain, limited range of motion and inflammation, and sports recovery.
Prenatal 60 min | $85
Prenatal massage offers many benefits which may include ache relief in your back and neck. Prenatal massage can also improve circulation and help reduce nervous tension. *Recommended for after the 1st trimester only.
Add-ons
Hot Stones: These can be added to any massage! Ask your massage therapist about add-on cost to get started.
Used to help the guest relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout the body. During a hot stone massage, smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of the body.
If you book a pack of 3 massages, you can receive $5 off a 60 minute massage or $10 off a 90 minute massage.
