Cardio tennis, academy training, beginner classes - you name it, and we have a program for it at Blairwood!

Join our 4 week program for adult beginners! Get a free tennis racquet and learn how to play tennis in a no-pressure environment. No experience is necessary!

Fast Feeds & Cardio Tennis
Play tennis, get fit, and have fun! Our Fast Feed Clinics & Cardio Tennis classes provide a more intense cardiovascular workout.
Players run through doubles and/or singles "live ball" drills simulating actual match play situations. These clinics are not intended to focus on individual stroke technique.
Cardio Tennis classes are great for any skill level - even beginners!

Adult Clinics
Improve your game with us! Advanced Beginner players will work on basic techniques, footwork skills, and scoring. Intermediate players will improve at proper stroke technique, learn specialty shots, and learn advanced strategies through match play and competition.

Learn to Play
For adults who want to learn to play tennis in a fun, no-pressure environment. Players work on proper strokes, rallying, scoring, positioning, and more.
Two levels are available: Beginner and Beyond Beginner (for current "Learn to Play" clinic players who want to advance to the next level)
Beginner
Learn to play or get back in the game! Our Beginner clinics are designed for total beginners and for players who need a "refresher".

Beyond Beginner
These intermediate clinics continue to teach proper stroke technique in a more competitive environment. Players will be introduced to specialty shots such as lobs, drop shots, top spins, and slices. More advanced strategy will be introduced through drilling in actual match-play situations.
