10-Week Challenge

This intense, 10-week calorie-shredding program combines cardio and strength training for a total body fat-burning, weight loss workout - beginner, moderate, and advanced fitness level options. Tone your body, build your core strength, increase your cardio, and practice functional training!

This program is only $300, and you'll get four training days a week - adding up to 40 total sessions!
