Change Form Request

As per our Colorado Camp Policies and Procedures 2025:

All change forms must be submitted to the Camp Director electronically. Change forms may  not be submitted in person or via paper. 

• January through May 1st  –$25 change form fee.
• May 1st through summer season – If 4 weeks notice, $25 change form fee.
• Changes within 4 weeks are considered on an individual basis, $50 change form fee.
