Corporate Memberships
Work Well: Program Options
We offer various programs we tailor to the needs of your company. These programs are the Employee Discount Plan, the Corporate Monthly Billing Plan the Corporate Monthly Billing Plan with Co-Pay, and the Corporate Sponsorship Plan. Each program offers a different level of discount to the employee based on the company commitment level.
Employer Co-Pay Based on Workouts
Your company will only reimburse each employee if they use the Health Club a minimum number of times per month. The reimbursement will be paid every three months based on the quarterly review of their usage.
- All employees’ enrollment fees are waived.
- There is no minimum number of employees that need to enroll in the plan.
- Genesis will match a percentage of the co-pay based on the conditions of your corporate wellness program. Genesis match will be at least 50% of your co-pay. There is no minimum usage for the employee to receive Genesis’ discount.
- Also honored at all participating KHFA Health Clubs.
Employer Co-Pay
Your company will select the percentage of membership dues to provide as a benefit to the employees. Genesis will then match a percentage of your co-pay to discount the employees membership.

Employer Sponsorship Plan
Your company would pay the entire employee membership package annually.
- No Membership Processing Fee is required.
- The discounted annual dues are based on the number of employees enrolled in the plan.
- Memberships are transferable from employee to employee.
- Also honored at all participating KHFA Health Clubs. This plan offers the largest discount for the employee and the company. There is also the option to payroll deduct a percentage of the membership monthly to offset the upfront cost of the membership.
