Check Out AB LAB T & TH at 5:30 PM

Training your core will give you a HUGE return on your time spent in the club. Your core muscles consist of all abdominal muscles including the rectus abdominus, internal/external obliques, transverse abdominus and the intercostals. The core also includes the muscles associated with the spine such asthe erector spinaeand the iliopsoas. These muscles keep your spine upright, and are asource of stability in all your daily activities. Your core also protects and holds internal organs in place. Lower back pain? The most prevalent contributor to lower back pain is a weak core. By strengthening the muscles that help support the spine and improve posture, you can dramatically decrease the symptons of lower back pain.

So come train your core in AB LAB withCindy on Tuesday Thursdays at 5:30PM. You can also consult with one of the Genesis Personal Trainers. Any additional questions feel free to contact me. Louise Comfort, Group Fitness/Yoga Coordinator (785) 823-3330 or catch me at the club!!!
