      <title>Lets get ready to begin in 2010!</title>
      <description>As you know Pilates is a balanced blend of strength and flexibility
training that improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean
muscles without bulking up. This is a great time to either get back
into your program or get your program started!

At Genesis we offer privates, semi-p...rivates, small group equipment programs as well as group mat classes.

Please check out the winter Pilates Mat and Reformer schedule and get signed up for classes now! You can just email me and Ill do it for you.

These classes are a wonderful compliment to your personal Pilates program or other workouts you may be doing on your own.

Although some classes are drop in classes the classes listed below
must have 5 students signed up by January 9, 2010 in order to take
place.
