PILATES RHYTHMS - Begins June 3rd
This standing Pilates class uses the Ballet Barre to challenge and improve balance while toning and strengthening the entire body! An emphasis is on finding your own inner rhythm through breath and whole body movement.

BASIC PILATES - Session 1, June 8 - June 17 & Session 2, June 22 - July 1
Tuesday/Thursday - 11:00 am (3rd floor studio)
NEW STUDENTS will learn the basics such as how to breath correctly, correct postural alignment, and basic Pilates mat exercises. This intro Pilates class meets twice per week for two weeks. Then students may join a Pilates I, II, or I/II Mat class.

The reformer is a spring loaded Pilates machine that provides a full body workout with an emphasis on posture and the core region of the body. This class is the perfect complement to your current fitness program. The effective mind-body approach to exercise will produce optimal strength, flexibility and posture while creating a longer, leaner you!
Reformer/Jump Board Classes – Uses the Reformer & Jump Board only
COST: $160.00/8 classes 2 times per week OR $200.00/8 classes 1 time per week
Equipment Training Classes – Uses Reformer, Cadillac, Chair & Barrels
COST: $200.00 / 8 classes
Students may sign up at any time as long as space is available
New students must complete 3 private sessions before joining a Group Reformer or Equipment Training Class.

All classes are drop-in @ WC, experience in pilates suggested for Pilates Mat Plus. Xpress classes are 40 minute duration. Reformer Classes are set up with trainers, and are ongoing. Orientation appointment will be made with first-time client as part of their sign-up package.

Designed for those new to Pilates exercise. This class is a personal and practical approach designed to emphasize the postural benefits of Pilates and how Pilates can be used to avoid or counteract everyday stresses, aches and pains. Increase flexibility, range of motion and strength while improving posture and feeling better!
The Pilates I/II class is for the student that has completed at least one full session of the Basic Pilates classes.
This class covers the beginning and some intermediate mat sequences, with emphasis on rhythm, flow, concentration and control while working with the breath. Exercises flow from one to another working the entire body, creating a general mind/body workout leaving you feeling relaxed, open and centered.
This 30 minute class will move through a quick series of Pilates exercises. You are sure to get a deep abdominal workout while focusing on breath, posture and using correct technique. A great class to do before or after another workout!
