How do I change the address and/or telephone information on my membership?

The request for these changes can be completed at Genesis Health Club location by the primary member. You may also call or email our Corporate Office to change this information at (316) 691-5055.

How do I change my billing account?

This request must be submitted in person at your local club. You must provide a voided check or savings deposit slip or bring the credit card you wish to use so that it can be imprinted. This request must be completed by the 20th of the month prior to the month you want the change to be effective. Example: Change your account information by April 20th, 2009 to be effective for May, 2009.

How do I cancel my membership?

If you are the lead/primary member, you can go into the club and complete a written notice to cancel your membership any weekday from 8am-8pm. Cancellations are not accepted via e-mail. A 30-day notice of cancellation is required.
