GENESIS HEALTH CLUB ANNOUNCES 7TH LOCATION IN EMPORIA
Genesis Health Clubs has opened a seventh location in Emporia and will begin renovations soon. The club will offer a multitude of services including group fitness classes, personal training and cardio and strength training equipment. It is located in the former Walburns Fitness & Wellness at 1007 Commercial Street.
The club will undergo a re-model and expansion very soon to accommodate more equipment and added amenities. A cycling studio will be added for classes with the latest technology in bikes. Group fitness classes will be offered free with membership and include yoga, Pilates, strength training classes, and Zumba. Luxurious locker rooms will be part of the expansion as well. The locker rooms will be outfitted with steam rooms for both men and women and offer several convenient toiletries to members such as shampoo, conditioner, hair spray and deodorant. An expanded cardio area and weight room with new weights is also part of Genesis’ plan.
Genesis Owner, Rodney Steven II, announced, “We are excited to open another location in a new city and look forward to working with the Walburn family to bring Emporia residents a new health and fitness experience.”
