Swim Lesson instructor is responsible for teaching group, private and semi-private lessons to infants, children and adults. Create a fun and inviting learning environment to ensure a positive member experience. Build strong relationships with participants and continually recommend classes or individual lessons based on skill levels.
Experience teaching or working with children
WSI preferred but not required
CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of hire
Must be proficient of swimming and safety skills
A career at O’Naturals begins as an Assembler. This position gives you the base knowledge needed to be successful in other roles in the restaurant. Exhibiting the skills and sense of urgency needed to be successful at the assembler position will allow you to be trained on other positions throughout the restaurant. Baker
Candidates for this position will be aided by past restaurant experience. The ability to do several things at once is important in this position. You will be empowered to make
decisions, with regards to bread production levels, which can effect the whole operation. You must ensure that piping hot and fresh sandwich bread is available using just-intime techniques. You will take great pride in your product, be excited about your role, and you will proactively discuss them both with the customer. Sometimes it will be necessary to aid assemblers during peak periods. Long periods
of time spent standing on your feet in front of a very hot oven will be offset by the excitement in a child’s eye as he watches you work your craft. The ability to learn and follow all state sanitation guidelines is essential to this position.
Assembler (Everyone Learns )
Success at O’Naturals requires learning this position. This role is the one that all other functions stem from and all O’Naturalists must learn this job. You will be aided by a great love for food, how it is prepared, and a desire to talk about it with others so you can guide O’Naturals customer through the ordering experience. Prepare sandwiches and salads in a timely manner, to the exact specification of our customers. Accurate menu knowledge will be required to answer the many questions that our health minded customers would ask. A big smile after a long day of standing and the ability to learn and follow all state sanitation guidelines is essential to this position.
Cashier
Candidates for this position should enjoy working in an environment that requires precision. An eye for quality visual display will be helpful as well. There is a high amount of customer interaction involved with this position, so the quality candidates will have a desire to learn about our complete menu and product lines. They will want to share that knowledge with our curious customers. This customer interaction will occur as you are bending, lifting, and stocking shelves or processing customer orders. The ability to interact with a number of customers at the same time, while making each feel they are getting individual attention is important. A big smile and the ability to learn and follow all state sanitation guidelines is essential to this position.
