“Everything removed from the club was paid for by, and property of Genesis Health Clubs, per the contract. This includes the bar, which the city agreed was to be removed. We look forward to doing a walk-through soon to ensure everyone is on the same page and the facility is left in the condition required by the contract.
We expect to have financial matters resolved soon in a win-win for Genesis and The City that reflects full amounts owed on both sides. We cannot comment further until then but are confident we will come to a fair agreement for both parties.”
